THE SWEAT MARKETING LAB STORY
We are Kari Mills and Emily Stubler, the founders of Sweat Marketing Lab. Both former fortune 50 marketers at PepsiCo working on Gatorade, Pepsi, and other recognized brands, we connected over our shared passion for all things sports, fitness, and marketing.
We bonded over our love and frustration of the industry. After several conversation discussing the state of female athletes and sports marketing- we saw a gap in the market, and had an idea… What if we could leverage our experience to help female athletes build their brands and get paid… And so, Sweat Marketing Lab was born.
THE TEAM
We are a group of entrepreneurs and athletes based in sunny Southern California. As women who’ve experienced the transformative power of sports in building confidence both on and off the field. We’re deeply passionate about empowering the next generation of female athletes to use, their voices, tell their stories and get paid.

Serial entrepreneur with an obsession for creative branding and photography. Co-founder of KOR Strength & Conditioning, VIKN Performance and Karhio Creative.

Former D1 Heptathlete, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach & Kettlebell Sport champion.

ATHLETE MARKETING AND EDUCATION PARTNER
Professional Background:
Sports Marketing professional with significant experience working with major athletic brands such as Gatorade and USC athletics. Experience building NIL partnerships and working with athletes in the high school and college athletic space.
ATHLETIC BACKGROUND:
Mom to three high school athletes and yoga enthusiast.
